We only accept staff applications during specific times that are announced in our Discord server.
This is left public so players can also follow this to open appeals/reports about staff actions.

-Staff Guidelines-

• Open lines of communication are essential if you cannot communicate with others on the team you will be talked to.

• All bans/kicks must include a reason for logging purposes. If you fail to include a valid reason you risk removal from the staff team for abuse.

  See section below for all valid reasons and stipulations.

• Removal of punishment must be approved by a member of the Admin team or higher.

  If you feel you need to revoke a punishment from a user don't be afraid to report it mistakes happen.

• Be impartial when dealing with situations, let both sides say their piece and decide from there what actions to take.

  Remember that you cannot believe one party over the other, don't pick favorites.

  Know when to ask for help if you believe you could have a bias towards a party then hand off the situation to someone else when possible.

• Help your fellow staff members and players, it's always appreciated.

When deciding any punishment for an individual or group follow this guide.

1. Have you checked logs for evidence?

2. Have you spoken to everyone involved?

3. Have you confirmed or denied any wrong-doing?

4. Is your decided punishment the appropriate response to the offense?

If you can't come up with an answer don't delay ask a fellow staff member.
